Do we accept returns?
Yes, and No.
Please read the entire policy; due to recent changes in how refunds are handled by the transaction processors, a re-stocking fee may be imposed.
Yes, if it is a stock item; no, if it is a special order item, or has been altered or custom-made for you in our shop.
If the item received is being returned due to an error
on our part, there will be no re-stocking charge, and, we will gladly refund
the return shipping; however, if the error is yours, there will be a
re-stocking charge, and you will bear the return shipping costs.
Even if the the error is yours, Stock Items may be returned for the cost of the merchandise, less a 10% re-stocking charge, if returned within 30 days. Non-Stock items, or those altered or made in our shop, are non-returnable.
Returned items should be accompanied by a
copy of either the packing list, or the transaction receipt, from the
original transaction, and be returned within 30 days, in original, salable
condition. Any alterations (cutting, marking, painting, plating,
stripping, etc.) to the items will disqualify them for refunding. Items
returned after 30 days, or without paperwork, will be subject to higher
re-stocking fees, starting at 20%.
Please contact us in advance to confirm
eligibility of the item(s) you need to return. Items returned without
pre-authorization may be subject to higher re-stocking charges, or may
be ineligible for refunding.
If you order replacement parts in a timely manner, we may waive part of the re-stocking charge. As of October 2019, the minimum re-stocking fee will be 3%, to recover the lost payment fees on the refunded merchandise amount(s).
