8-Point Sockets
The right tool for square head bolts and square nuts. These are somewhat more difficult to find nowadays as only about half as many brands are on the market. Stanley has discontinued their 8-point sockets; but we have managed to pick up a few at reasonable prices. The brands we are currently aware of are Craftsman, Proto, Snap-On, Wright, and Westward. We will stock the Stanley and Craftsman sockets as long as we can continue to buy them at reasonable prices; then we will stock Westward. Only Wright makes all the sizes, but we only stock the sizes that others don't have, as the Wrights are more expensive. Wright is made in the USA.
